01Who you're buying from

You're buying from Freedom Compass Ventures LLC. Card payments are handled by Stripe, a secure payment company. We never see or store your full card number. Any sales tax is shown before you pay.

This policy explains how we handle refunds and cancellations for Bootstrap Your Business.

02Founder Documents

• Founder Documents are a one-time purchase, and all sales are final once the document is delivered.
• "Delivered" means the document is available for you to open or download in your account.
• Before you buy, we'll show you this rule and ask you to tick a box to confirm you understand. You can't complete the purchase without it.

03AI Business Partner membership

While Bootstrap Your Business is invite only, the AI Business Partner costs nothing, so there's nothing to refund. When we start charging, it will be $20 per month, and the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.

• Memberships renew every month until you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime. In Settings, choose Manage subscription, then follow the steps to cancel.
• When you cancel, your access continues until the end of the month you've already paid for. After that, it stops and you won't be charged again.
• We don't refund the current month, including part-used months.
• Cancelling your membership does not delete your Journey progress or business details. To remove those, see our Privacy Policy.

04When we will refund you

We'll refund you if:

• You were charged twice for the same thing by mistake; or
• We failed to deliver what you paid for. For example, a document you bought never became available to you, or you paid for a membership and couldn't get access, and we couldn't fix it within 7 days of you telling us.

To ask for one of these refunds, email us at support@freedomcompassventures.com within 30 days of the charge. Tell us the email on your account and roughly when you were charged. We'll reply within 3 business days.

Refunds go back to the payment method you used. How long it takes to show up depends on your bank or card.

05Your bank or card provider

Your bank or card provider may let you dispute a charge. Those rights are separate from this policy, and nothing here takes them away.

If something's wrong, please talk to us first. We can usually fix it faster than a dispute can. If a charge is disputed, we may pause access to paid features while it's being resolved.

06Invite only for now

Right now Bootstrap Your Business is invite only, and features may change while we build. If we remove something that a paid membership clearly promised, contact us and we'll work out something fair with you.

07Changes to this policy

We review this policy from time to time and update it when things change. If we change it, we'll update the effective date above. Changes apply to purchases made after the new date.
